Day 1: Marrakech –Telouet - Ait Ben Hadou - Ouarzazate.
Early in the morning, you get the departure from Marrakesh crossing the magnificent sightseeings and landscapes of The Highest Atlas via the Tichka Col (2260) to "Telouate Kasbah" , which was Pacha El Glaoui's ex-hostel and makes a visit to a salt mine .After that, we take " Ounila "valley's road ,which used to be caravans' alley , down to Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah which is classified as an international patrimony of humanity by the UNESCO..Then, we carry on the journey to Ouarzazate to spend the night at "Casbah Dar Chamaa".
Day 2: Ouarzazate-Roses Valley.
We get on the road to Skoura Oasis to make a visit to "Amerdile Kasbah " . The Thousand Kasbahs' road is taken as soon as we leave Skoura heading for El Kelaâ M'Gouna, the capital of flowers .Then, you have breakfast at Tamalout village, known for nuts and peach trees. Next, you shall ride donkeys for two hours through out the valley. The night is spent at a guesthouse or "Mont de M'Gouna".
Day 3: Dades Valley - Todra Canyons.
As soon as you have lunch, you make an excursion to Dades Canyons to visit a nomadic Amazigh family living in caves. You will appreciate the charming canyons, landscapes and a series of Ksours and kasbahs through out the road to Tinghir where you can make visits to the city and its Jewish quarter. The night is spent at " Dar Ayour".
Day 4: Todra Canyons - Merzouga Dunes.
After taking breakfast, you have an hour walk through out the canyons and if you are a climbing amateur , get prepared to climb the canyon (300 m) .Next , we keep on the journey to Merzouga.Before arriving at Merzouga dunes (Erg Chebbi) , you pass by Tinjdad where you can discover the Amazigh lifestyle through out centuries. I n Erfoud , you can make a visit to the fossil marbles' workshops . While in Merzouka , you will appreciate riding camels to witness the charming Sahara sunset and spend a night at "Auberge du Sud" or " Dunes d'or".
Day 5: Merzouga - Merzouga.
Enjoy the fresh morning while escalading the great desert dunes after witnessing the charming sun rise and having breakfast. The choice is yours: whether you go back to the hostel and have a shower to start your excursion to Gnaoua Music association and see the engraved paintings in Taouz. You keep up your discovery by visiting Serji Lake to see its roses . At the sunset, you spend night at the hostel. Or you carry on your excursion riding camels through the desert .At night, you go back to the hostel.
Day 6: Merzouga - Zagora.
After having lunch, the choice is yours whether to take Paris Dakar road (it takes 7 to 8 hours to discover 240 km land) which is a mineral and desert land crossing the isolated Hamada Oasis and semi-saharian landscapes to Zagora. Or to pass through the first imperial city in Morocco and the Alouite Dynasty cradle (the recent royal family).Then, you cross Alnif and N’kob after having lunch and getting through Anti-Atlas on Tazarine road to Bni Zouli. You get across the Draa palm groves and "Hanna" fields .Arriving at Zagoura , you spend night at "Riad Lamane" or at " Jardind de Draa".
Day 7: Zagoura - Ouarzazate.
Early departure to visit Tamagrout known for its pottery, underground Kasbah, Coranic school and old library . Then, we go back to Ouarzazate through Zagora crossing the Draa Valley ( The longest river in Morocco: 1200 km). The night is spent at "Dar Chama" or at "Kasbah Zitoune.
Day 8: Ouarzazate - Aït Ben Haddou - Telouet - Tizi n’Tichka Pass - Marrakech.
This morning after breakfast you may visit the Atlas films Studios before we head to the village of Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site where you will visit the exotic Kasbah named after it. This Kasbah is situated on a hill along the fertile Ounila River; it becomes famous due to its role in hosting numerous films such as: The Man Who Would Be King, Jewel of the Nile, Jesus of Nazareth, The Message, Lawrence of Arabia, The Mummy, and Gladiator. Later on, continuing our off roads drive to Telouet. You will have a break for lunch then visit the incredible Kasbah of Telouet .Afterward we continue across the Tizi-n-Tichka Pass (2260m). Stopping along the way for photos and enjoying the panoramic views of High Atlas Mountains along with Berber villages located alongside the road. Arrive to Marrakech. Enjoy your Dinner and spend the night in hotel.
